腎蕨屬多年生草本，原產於熱帶美洲、大洋洲及非洲，此為葉緣缺刻明顯且具皺摺、植株緊縮的園藝品種。具許多走莖；走莖先端向外伸展後接觸介質會長出叢生芽，無膨大之貯水塊根。葉叢生，呈淡綠色，自根莖上長出，二回羽狀複葉，葉柄短；小羽片披針形，有明顯波緣，厚紙質。

A perennial herb in the genus Nephrolepis, native to tropical America, Oceanic and Africa. This is a cultivar featuring with obvious incisions on the leaf margin, puckers and dense plant type. Stolons many, apex spreading and growing clumped shoots when contact the medium, without swollen water storage roots. Leaves clumped, pale green, occurring from the rhizome, bi-pinnately compound, with short petioles; small pinnae lanceolate, with obvious undulation on the edge, thick papery.

具有很強的適應能力，能忍受貧瘠。適宜在土質鬆散、有肥力、腐植質豐富、透氣性好及排水通暢的中性或微酸性土壤中生長。喜歡溫暖，不能抵禦寒冷。在3~9月期間生長適宜溫度是15~25℃，在9月~次年3月期間則是13~15℃。冬天要將植株搬進房內過冬，溫度控制在10~15℃便可順利過冬。以分株繁殖。

Highly adaptable and tolerant to barren soils, it grows best in loose, fertile, richly humic, breathable, and well-drained neutral or slight acid soils. Fond of warmth and not cold hardy; the best temperature is 15-25 °C from March to September, and 13-15 °C from September to March. Move the plant indoors in winter and control the temperature at 10-15 °C to overwinter. Propagated from ramets.

葉片緻密、株形緊湊，可做庭園景觀植物、小品盆栽、吊盆、組合盆栽使用。

Valued for the dense foliage and packed plant type, it’s suitably used as a garden ornamental, grown in small pots, hanging baskets, or mixed planters.
