拎樹藤屬常綠草質藤本，原產所羅門群島。莖延伸蔓爬，以發達氣根黏附支持物上攀爬，蔓長可達20m。互生心形葉，葉長7~50cm，寬4~40cm，葉面上有黃色斑紋。自然狀況下極罕見開花，經研究是因為基因缺損，不能產生足夠的生長激素來刺激開花；在經過特定刺激或施用生長激素後可以開花。佛燄花序開於葉腋，白色佛燄苞長約20cm。

An evergreen vine in the genus Epipremnum, native to the Solomon Islands. Stems elongated and climbing by the developed aerial roots adhered to support objects, stems up to 20 m long. Leaves alternate and heart-shaped, 7-50 cm long and 4-40 cm wide, with yellow markings on the surface. Flowering is extremely rare under natural conditions. Studies suggest the rare flowering is caused by a genetic defect which inhibits the plant to produce enough growth hormone to stimulate flowering; but it can flower with specific stimulation or growth hormone application. Spadix axillary, spathe white, about 20 cm long.

對光線適應性強，遮蔭處生長葉片為綠色，半日照處生長葉斑鮮明，經馴化或大型的成熟葉可在全日照處種植。好高溫潮濕，春至秋季是生長期，冬季生長緩慢。介質乾燥就須澆水，生長強旺可以不施肥料。繁殖使用扦插法。

Adaptable to different intensity of light; the leaves are green if growing in shades and the leaf spots become brighter in partial-sun conditions; mature leaves of domesticated and large-foliage varieties grow well in full-sun environments. It likes heat and humidity, grows faster from spring to autumn and slows in winter. Water when the medium dries, and fertilization is typically not needed due to the robust growth. 生長強健迅速，適合在遮蔭、溫暖環境種植於地面蔓爬作為地被植物使用，或種植於壁面、棕櫚樹旁，用以攀爬作立體綠化使用。也可以在陽台、高花台等處種於邊緣，讓藤蔓下垂作為綠簾使用。

Featuring with robust and rapid growth, it’s suitably used as groundcover in shaded and warm environments; or planted next to a wall or a palm tree for it to climb and to create an effect of three-dimensional greening. They can also be grown on the edge of balconies, high flower stands and so on to display the trailing vines as a green curtain.
