大戟屬多肉植物，由Euphorbia susannae琉璃晃與Euphorbia bupleurifolia鐵甲丸雜交育成。地下有粗壯的主根，植株群生狀。莖球形，高2~5cm，直徑4cm，外表有突起的葉痕，形似松毬或鳳梨。莖容易分生，初生時綠色，後褐化呈咖啡色外表。長披針形葉簇生莖頂，長3~5cm，寬0.5cm。花綠色，罕見開花。

A succulent plant of the genus Euphorbia, a hybrid of Euphorbia susannae and Euphorbia bupleurifolia. The plant has a stout root and grows in clusters. Stem spherical, 2 - 5 cm high and 4 cm in diameter with protruding leaf marks shaped like pine cones or pineapples. It’s stems easily grow meristems, green initially and then brown. Long lanceolate leaves clustered on top of stem, 3 - 5cm long and 0.5cm wide. Green flowers, rarely flowering.

全日照或半日照通風環境下可生長良好，夏季避免烈日曝曬。為了防止爛根等情形，需採用排水透氣的介質。高溫期生長，介質乾燥就澆水，久旱會造成落葉；低溫期注意寒流來襲，須移至室內避寒，同時進行節水。

The plant grows well with full-sun, partial sun and good ventilation, but needs shaded from direct sun exposure in summer. Advised to plant in draining and breathable soil to avoid root rotting. This species grows well in high temperature , and watering whenever the soil dries, prolonged drought will cause fallen leaves; in low temperature period, plants must be moved indoors and reduce watering.

造型像小鳳梨般可愛，是多肉植物小品盆栽中受歡迎的品種。生長緩慢，與其他多肉植物組合需留意恐會有被生長快速的種類擠壓遮蓋的問題。

As cute as pineapple, it’s one of the most popular species among small potted succulents. It’s a slow grower and may be squeezed and obscured by fast-growing species if planted in mixed succulent pots.
