杜虹花屬常綠灌木，原產東亞至東南亞。全株有褐色星狀毛。橢圓形或倒卵形葉片對生，葉緣有細鋸齒。聚繖花序腋生，管狀花細小，白至紫紅。果實白至紫色。開花春至夏季，結果夏至秋季。

An evergreen shrub in the genus Callicarpa, native from East Asia to Southeast Asia. The whole plant is covered with brown and star-like hairs. Elliptical or obovate leaves are oppositely arranged, with fine serrated margin. Cymes axillary, tubular flowers are small and white or purple while berries are white or purple. Flowering from spring to summer, fruiting from summer to autumn.
